Imaging

Chief MRI Technologist

The Chief MRI Technologist must provide effective leadership by coordinating and integrating services within the Lexington and North East facilities, with other departments and with the clinic’s primary functions. Under the direction of a Radiologist and Director of Imaging, the technologist performs a variety of technical procedures in MRI that require independent judgment, ingenuity and innovative techniques in using prescribed protocols. The team Manager will adhere to all general Clinic policies and procedures including, but not limited to, code of conduct, dress, and professionalism. 

Education Required: AS in Imaging field with two years management experience. Must be a graduate of an approved MRI program. Registered ARRT, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred. 

Experience Required: At least 3 to 5 years technical experience with two years supervisory experience or three years management experience with proven leadership capabilities.

MRI Radiology Technologist

Positions available for full time. Responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative. The technologist will provide diagnostic exams for interpretation by the ordering physicians and will provide services as professionally, efficiently, and as accurately as possible while maintaining the dignity, safety, and quality care of the patient.  Position requires a team player that is self-motivated and willing to assume an assertive role on a regular basis and who can be a liaison between care teams and physicians. All applicants must be certified by the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) and by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI.

Hand Center 

Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the initial evaluation, therapy treatment, communication with Physicians, caregiver/patient/community education, documentation, reassessment, and discharge of patients upon physician referral including the pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric population.

Education: Graduate of an AOTA accredited school of Occupational Therapy .  Responsible for maintaining continued education requirements for licensure as required by state law. Current South Carolina Occupational Therapy license. Current NBCOT certification. Current CPR certification.
