At Moore Orthopaedics' Spine Center we provide total treatment for your spine. From injury prevention and evaluation, to comprehensive medical and surgical treatment, we are committed to providing patients with the highest level of spine care available in the region. Our clinic is designed to work with patients and their families to improve the quality of life for patients with spinal disorders through innovative approaches to diagnosis, treatment, research and patient education. Working collaboratively with physical therapists, surgeons, radiologists and other providers, the physicians at Moore Orthopaedics' Spine Center evaluate a wide range of problems. Patients who are coping with sprains and strains of the lower back, work-associated back pain, sciatica, scoliosis, whiplash and other conditions can make appointments at the Spine Center for evaluation and any necessary treatment. We provide adult cervical, thoracic and lumbar surgery for the treatment of degenerative and inflammatory conditions of the spine, as well as spinal trauma and deformity. We specialize in fusion discectomy, decompression and minimally invasive microsurgical approaches. Dr. William Felmly and Dr. Michael W. Peelle, along with the staff at Moore Orthopaedics' Spine Center are dedicated to providing the latest orthopaedic and neurosurgery services for innovative surgical solutions for all your difficult spine problems. Moore Clinic's physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists are experts in helping patients with these conditions to regain the ability to handle simple daily tasks and return to activities of daily living and recreation.

Our physiatrists (physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians), Dr. Alaric Van Dam, Dr. John Clavet , Dr. Jacquelyn Van Dam  and Dr. David Scott  focus on restoring function to patients with joint and muscle conditions like sore shoulders, back and neck pain, tendonitis, and pinched nerves, as well as complex orthopaedic, sports- and work-related injuries.
